About The Creative

Mantsopa Nzunga is a South African visual artist and fashion designer based in Johannesburg. Her artistic journey began at the age of eight, when she taught herself how to draw. She studied fashion design at SewAfrica fashion college and has been practising fashion design since she graduated in 2016. She rediscovered her love for visual art in 2021 when she worked as an assistant to photographer and visual artist Lebohang Kganye.

Since then, she has worked on her craft and become more familiar with the art world. Nzunga makes use of various mediums and techniques, including garment construction, sketching, and performative art.
