About The Creative

I am a South African artist, maker, and activator of things in murals, paintings, photographs, film, text, sound, spaces and more. I am currently residing in Cape Town and The Garden Route. I have painted murals professionally since 2014. Amongst other things, I’m interested in raising awareness of our natural environment, and our connection to or disconnection from it. I am also interested in the public voice – what people want to talk about, which truths and frustrations exist, and how I may be a conduit for this voice. I love collaborating with and celebrating others through my art. I am also skilled in the trade of sign-writing and carry a deep appreciation for typography. As a former art director, I am also at ease creating work for film and photo sets.
